At 15 years old I remember when I first started working out. The moment I realized my body changing I developed an obsession with just growing. I’ve been on various workout routines and diet programs trying to figure out what was going to be the key to success in this fitness journey. Along the way I had setbacks and roadblocks but the most important thing from it all was just staying consistent. If you have a “why” to what you’re trying to do for yourself & your goals then don’t be hesitant. Remember someone else out there is willing to do what you aren’t willing to do. Never get comfortable & Keep pushing. There’s always more work to be done!
